  1. How to install ResExpress Externals and Views:
  2.  
  3. There are three ways to install Externals and Views.
  4.  
  5. 1) While ResExpress is open, select 'Externals->Install' from
  6.     the menu.  Find and select the External or View to install.
  7.  
  8. 2) From the Desktop, double-click on the External or View
  9.     file and it will automatically install the external/view.
  10.     A dialog will appear stating how many Externals and Views
  11.     were installed and will then launch ResExpress.  
  12.  
  13. 3) To install several at once, select all External/View files on
  14.     the Desktop.  Select Open from the File menu (or type
  15.     Command-O).  This will install ALL files selected.  A dialog
  16.     will appear stating how many Externals and Views were 
  17.     installed and will then launch ResExpress.  
  18.  
  19. Under System 7, options 2 and 3 will work only when ResX
  20. is installed under the Apple Menu.   The next release will not
  21. require ResX under the Apple Menu.
